Getting to Know You

We begin with a conversation about you, your goals, values, and financial picture. Our goal is to determine whether working together makes sense for both sides.

Personalized Strategy

If there is a mutual fit, we will create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. This includes actionable recommendations designed to help you move forward with confidence. If the fit isn’t right, we will do our best to point you in the right direction.

Implementation

You choose how to proceed. You are welcome to implement recommendations with us, implement them elsewhere on your own, or not at all. If you choose to work with us, we will meet with you regularly to review your plan and progress, make updates, and help you stay on track.

Ankur Mecwan

Ankur is passionate about finance, investing, and building long-term wealth. From analyzing markets to understanding how money can grow, Ankur enjoys turning complex financial ideas into simple, actionable strategies. Currently Ankur is a Client Service Intern with Concours Capital while on the path toward becoming a financial advisor. He is focused on gaining real-world experience, expanding his knowledge, and helping others make smarter financial decisions. Beyond finance, Ankur enjoys staying active through sports like badminton, boxing, walking, and trekking in nature. Ankur is passionate about music, singing, listening to qawwali, and playing instruments like tabla and dholak. In his free time, Ankur watches documentaries and web series to keep learning, both personally and professionally!

Yussef Kano

Yussef is a Client Service Associate at Concours Capital Advisors. With an educational background in finance and economics, and previous roles in marketing and accounting, Yussef brings a well-rounded perspective to supporting our clients and advisors. Known as an approachable problem solver, he is dedicated to ensuring clients feel supported and valued throughout their financial journey. Outside of work, Yussef enjoys rooting for the Sacramento Kings and the San Francisco 49ers, hiking, and snowboarding.

Krishtine Ross

Krishtine is a dedicated Client Service Associate with over a decade of experience supporting clients and building meaningful relationships. Her commitment to excellence and passion for delivering exceptional service have played a key role in helping our business grow and thrive.

Krish has a unique ability to navigate complex client requests, provide valuable insights, and ensure a seamless experience through strong back-office support. Her focus on responsiveness, care, and attention to detail helps foster lasting client loyalty. She considers every client part of the family and feels honored to support them throughout their financial journey. In her spare time, Krish enjoys participating in fundraisers, attending NBA basketball games, practicing archery, and spending quality time with her children, granddaughter, and her puppy Marii—CCA’s beloved Chief Barketing Officer.

Robert Osgood

Rob is a Wealth Advisor at Concours Capital Advisors, where he works closely with clients to develop and implement thoughtful financial planning and investment strategies. He focuses on providing exceptional service and helping clients achieve meaningful and positive outcomes. Rob also plays a key role in developing and implementing investment strategies and helping to ensure smooth operations at Concours Capital.

He lives in Rancho Cucamonga with his wife, Mai, and their pet chinchilla, Tony. Outside the office, Rob enjoys playing basketball, rooting for the Seahawks, and spending time outdoors. He and Mai also enjoy exploring and trying as many local restaurants as they can!

Thomas Chronis

Thomas desires to be known and remembered for three primary traits: 1) Orientation of life around the teachings and holiness of Jesus, 2) Commitment to his wife Aleisha (and hopefully kids in the near future), and 3) Positive impact left on people he guided through life and financial events in his role as a Wealth Advisor and Partner. Thomas is currently the Committee Chair of Redlands Young Life (college ministry) and attends Portrait Church. Redlands is his favorite place to live and in his free time he enjoys CrossFit, traveling, and spending quality time with community.

Kevin Webb

Kevin holds two former careers, both of which point toward how working with families to provide directional guidance is a passion for him. Now after almost 20 years in the investment advice field, he still finds himself energized by that same ethos as a Wealth Advisor, Partner at Concours Capital Advisors. As a former teacher, professor, and pastor, he loves to teach, explain, and direct. Kevin aims to ensure that those who he encounters appreciate his clear communication style aimed at helping others understand complex concepts. A strength of Kevin's is connecting with people where they are, understanding their needs and goals, and helping them along the journey to achieve them.
Kevin's life can be summed up by his priorities:  God, Family, People, Dodgers, and Golf.  He has been married to Alicia for almost 40 years, and they have three adult children and 2 little grandsons. They reside in Upland, California.
