With an educational background in finance and economics, and previous roles in marketing and accounting, Yussef brings a well-rounded perspective to supporting our clients and advisors. Known as an approachable problem solver, he is dedicated to ensuring clients feel supported and valued throughout their financial journey. Outside of work, Yussef enjoys rooting for the Sacramento Kings and the San Francisco 49ers, hiking, and snowboarding.
Marii has been with our office for a short time. She brings life and excitement to the office like no other staff "person" does. Most of the time she is napping in her mom (Krishtine's) office unless a client drops in to say "hello". Marii LOVES the visits!

Krishtine is a dedicated Client Service Manager with a career spanning over a decade. Her strong commitment to excellence, and a passion for fostering long-lasting client relationships is what has helped our business thrive. Krish’s ability to navigate complex client requests, provide valuable insight and ensure client loyalty while providing back-office support has made her invaluable to our team. Krish considers our clients members of our family, and she is honored to assist in their financial journey. In her spare time, she enjoys fundraisers, NBA Basketball games, archery, and spending time with her children and puppy, Marii (CCA’s Chief Barketing Officer).
Karen has been providing financial advice to families for over 30 years. Helping families plan for retirement, create long term financial goals as well as protecting families for the unexpected has been a passion of hers as well as working with women to address their unique financial needs and solutions.
When not working Karen enjoys being involved at her church, bike riding, traveling, quality time with family, friends, and her husband Lauren- when he is not fishing!
Lauren has 30 plus years helping individuals, families, and small business owners implement wise financial strategies in the areas of: Comprehensive financial plans, wealth management, protecting human life value, estate planning, charitable planning, and tax efficiencies. When not helping clients, Lauren enjoys woodworking, fishing, travel and quality time with close friends and family.
With a background in computer programming, financial planning, and investment research, Rob focuses on leveraging data and technology to efficiently deliver customizable investment solutions to our clients. He oversees the implementation of investment strategies at Concours Capital Advisors and helps ensure smooth investment operations. Rob enjoys playing basketball and tennis, rooting for the Seahawks, and outdoor activities such as hiking and camping.
Thomas is instrumental in providing exceptional service to our clients. His focus is directed to supporting our advisors in the process of asset management and financial planning. His attention to detail shows through his unwavering commitment to our clients as well as the service and support they receive. Thomas is deeply passionate about his career and providing value to our clients. Beyond his commitments here at CCA, he actively engages within his home city of Redlands, and various Christian organizations, further exemplifying his commitment to both his community and personal values.
Kevin has been providing financial advice and risk planning strategies for almost 15 years. Prior to joining CCA, he served as a pastor in the Inland Empire. He holds Master’s degrees in both Theology and Social Science.
When not at work Kevin enjoys golf, being involved at church, traveling with his wife Alicia, and watching the Dodgers.
